You must book an eyelash extension removal and a new set.
Nail Services: All prices and services are listed along with add-ons. Please be mindful that all prices may vary depending on add-ons. If soak-off is required please include in the appointment. Additional add-ons and services add on time. Please book accordingly. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation and reschedule.
Eyelash Extensions: All make up, lash glue, lotion and oil must be removed from your face and eyes before your lash appointment. There’s a $10.00 makeup removal fee/service if you like for us to do it. All lash extension services include: lash bath, bonder application and detailed aftercare instructions. A waiver form must be completed prior to appointment.
Eyebrow Services: All makeup, lotion and oil must be removed from your face and eyebrows before your eyebrow lamination or tinting appointment. There’s a $10.00 makeup removal fee/service if you like for us to do it. A waiver form must be completed prior to appointment.
Tinting Services: Consultation is available with a free patch test at least 24-48 hours. A waiver form must be completed prior to appointment.
A. Before the appointment
Patch Testing: We offer free patch testing to confirm that you are not currently allergic to the adhesive or tint. Just like any other allergy, you may develop one in the future. Simply book a free Consultation at least twenty four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours before your first appointment.
Beverages: We recommend limiting any beverage consumption a few hours prior to your appointment to avoid discomfort and forced interruption of your service.
Children: Due to liability reasons and the nature of our services, infants/children under the age of fourteen (14) are not permitted on site. No exceptions.
Cleanliness: You must remove all make-up & lotions on your eyelids, underneath your eyes and on your eyelashes prior to each appointment. In the event that there is make-up residue on your eyelashes, the seventy-two (72) hour guarantee is no longer valid and a cleaning fee will apply. Failure to arrive with clean natural eyelashes may result in poor bonding between the natural eyelash and adhesive. It may also, but is not limited to, block the hair follicle, resulting in a potential eye infection. We strongly recommend cleansing your face before each appointment.
Contact Lenses: You must remove your contact lenses during the application in order to avoid any irritation and/or discomfort. It is your responsibility to bring your solution and container to safely store your contact lenses.
Showering: Your eyelash extensions/lash lift must remain dry at least twenty-four (24) hours post-application. You must plan your showers & activities accordingly to avoid improper curing of the adhesive.
B. During the appointment (Eyelash Extensions)
During the application, we apply individual synthetic mink eyelash extensions to your natural eyelashes. Your eyes may feel some sensations of burning and/or itchiness. In most cases, this feeling goes away shortly after the application process is complete. To help reduce these sensations, your eyes must be properly closed throughout the entire application.
All eyelash extension appointments consist of laying down, closing your eyes and remaining still during the entire application time. Blankets, pillows and soft music are provided for your comfort. We encourage you to relax and take a nap. You may expect to lay down for approximately: two-three (2-3) hours for a full set, one-two (1-2) hour for a refill and thirty to fifty-five (30-55) minutes for a touch up. Please advise us if we can provide you with additional accessories that would make you more comfortable.
You understand that some risks may be, but are not limited to eye redness, irritation, infection, itchiness, blurriness, blindness, etc. You must notify us immediately if you are feeling any discomfort. These risks also apply for Lash Lifting services.
C. After the appointment
You must keep your eyelash extensions dry and away from humidity for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours post-application. Aftercare is key for proper maintenance and health of your natural eyelashes. You will receive an eyelash brush that you may use daily. However, you must brush gently at the tip only, to avoid losing extensions prematurely. In order to practice clean, you may replace your brush for free every once in a while, to avoid bacteria and dust build-up.
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent, which means they are still fragile. You must avoid the following:
- Humidity (hot tub/sauna, very hot showers, hot yoga, etc.)
- Liquid eyeliner
- Products containing oils
- Cutting & playing with your eyelash extensions
- Using mascara
- Removing your own eyelash extensions
- Opening a very hot oven door/BBQ flame
Lash Lift/Eyebrow Lamination after care:
- Nourish your lashes with a serum/oil regularly
- Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing
- Keep your eyelashes dry for the first 24 hours
- Make-up may be applied after 24 hours
- Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes.
- Use of Sauna/Steam may weaken the effect of the lash lift
- Avoid waterproof mascara's
- You may get a new Lash Lift/Eyebrow lamination after 6-8 weeks
D. Refills (Eyelash Extensions)
The adhesive has an approximate hold of 4-6 weeks, which means that a refill booked beyond the three (3) week mark, may end up needing a full set. We strongly recommend booking a refill every 2-3 weeks for proper maintenance. Keep in mind: hot summers, tropical destinations & seasonal changes may result in the loss of more natural eyelashes/eyelash extensions.
You are not required to have your eyelash extensions removed to take a break. We take pride in our work and respect your natural eyelashes, which mean a removal is not necessary.
D. Scheduling
We use Square site as our online booking system. We require a valid credit card to secure any service(s). We will only charge the credit card on file if the appointment(s) is/are missed or cancelled within twenty-four (24). If you do not have a credit card, you may contact us to book with Square site or come in person with a payment. We will only book your appointment(s) when your payment is received. Once you've booked your appointment(s), a confirmation email is sent immediately, as well as a reminder email forty-eight (48) hours prior to your appointment. You may cancel your appointment(s) up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to start time online or by contacting us directly. Should there be an opening for a service, it remains available for booking up to four (4) hours prior to start time.
If you need to modify/add to your appointment, you must notify us prior to your appointment start time. We may not be able to accommodate your request; however, advance notice gives us more flexibility to work something out.
E. Cancellations/No-Show Fee
We value your business and understand that things come up or happen. We ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, all appointments MUST be canceled or rescheduled before 24 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to give proper notice, will result a 50% fee for all booked services is charged. If we are unable to charge your card for the cancellation fee. You will be required to pay the total cancellation fee before we will service you again. If you no show your appointment, more than two times you will be blocked from online booking. We believe that our time and your time is valuable as well as our other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
F. Arriving late
You must notify us as soon as possible if you will be arriving later than scheduled. Keep in mind that no extra time will be allocated to your appointment and you are still charged for the full amount. If you do not contact us within fifteen (15) minutes of your start time, your appointment is considered a no-show and the 50% fee is charged and processed.
G. Guarantee
The health of your natural eyelashes and your satisfaction are very important to us. We will give you a recommendation based on what your natural eyelashes can handle when it comes to creating a certain look. We do our absolute best to grant your wishes, however, we may refuse to use a certain length/thickness.
In the event that the retention of the eyelash extensions is poor, you must contact us within seventy-two (72) hours post-application. We require close-up and clear pictures of the affected area(s). Once we receive the pictures, we will evaluate and get in touch with you for a follow-up.
Our seventy-two (72) hour guarantee excludes: half set, touch up services, eyelash extensions that were not properly clean at the previous appointment, signs of tampering, failing to respect the aftercare instructions.
We offer a free patch test to confirm that you are not currently allergic to the adhesive/tint. If no patch test is performed and you need to remove your eyelash extensions due to an allergic reaction, we will charge a fee for a removal. The removal is free of charge as long as it is within the seventy-two (72) hours post-application and a patch test was performed.
H. Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted and due before leaving: cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. We do not accept checks.
